Graphite condenser solves heat dissipation problem of water vapor jet pump
The graphite condenser plays an extraordinary role in the temperature control system of the water vapor jet pump,which can quickly condense and cool the water vapor jet pump so that it can be pumped into a vacuum.
Blowout pumps are available in a variety of materials such as cast iron,steel,stainless steel,Hastelloy,titanium,enamel,glass,plastic and graphite,and in many sizes.The suction volume is from 1 to 2,000,000m3/h,and when the suction pressure reaches 10-2mbar,the size can be from a few centimeters to more than 30 meters.
Because of the diversity of eruption pumps,they have been used in various fields,such as chemical reactors,exhaust systems,water treatment equipment,mixing tanks,storage tanks,wastewater treatment equipment,heating systems,heating gas supply systems,Water supply for power plants,swimming pools,salmon plants,etc.and the composition of vacuums in different industrial fields.
It is an important application field to form a vacuum with an ejector pump using water vapor as a power medium.The high-speed ejection it delivers is several times the speed of sound,so the ejector pump can easily handle large volumes of matter in a vacuum.
Because the single-stage jet pump can only overcome its limited compression ratio,when the suction pressure is low,several jet pumps should be installed in series.The suction pressure of the multi-stage water vapor ejection vacuum pump can reach as low as 0.01mbar.In order to condense most of the power water vapor and minimize the suction of the lower stage,a graphite condenser is generally placed between the two jet pumps.Depending on the application,a direct-touch graphite condenser or a surface condenser is used.
In the jet pump,water vapor is mainly used as the power medium.In most industries,water vapour is produced in large quantities as the basic energy and is therefore simple to obtain.During the condensation of power steam,more or less waste water occurs.Although the volume is small,and even taking into account the cost of waste water discharge,the water vapor jet pump is still the more economical vacuum pump,but there is always a negative impact on the vacuum jet pump.
In the chemical industry,if stainless steel cannot meet the corrosion resistance requirements,ceramic or graphite vacuum ejection pumps can be used to remove corrosive gases and water vapor.The jet pump is made of ceramic,and the outer condenser is made of graphite,which is a kind of graphite condenser.The exterior condenser is composed of a compact condenser.This structure has the advantages of small size,less space required and simple on-site assembly.
