Squirrel Cage Graphite Heat Exchanger·Block Hole Graphite Kettle Heat Exchanger
Description:
Structural Features:
The SL type squirrel cage graphite heat exchanger is composed of graphite materials such as graphite tube sheets and pressed graphite tubes. It is mainly used for heating or cooling materials in reaction vessels (during the production of Methamidophos) or in Benin tanks. This type of equipment has a simple structure, light weight, easy installation, high heat transfer efficiency, does not hinder mixing, strong corrosion resistance, and can also be used for heat exchange between two corrosive media.
The newly developed round block hole graphite kettle heat exchanger by our company has been successfully put into use by multiple users with excellent results. It is made of impermeable graphite blocks and used in reaction kettles with or without agitators to heat or cool the medium inside the kettle (or alternate operation), with high heat transfer efficiency. Compared with the squirrel cage type, its outstanding advantages are strong shock resistance and no various drawbacks caused by differences in material thermal expansion coefficients. Therefore, the allowable pressure and allowable temperature are increased, making it the best heat exchanger in the kettle. It can also be used for heat exchange between two-phase corrosive media.
