What is the difference between a graphite condenser and a graphite cooler? What is it mainly used for?

Time: 2024-08-31 Hits: 51

The graphite condenser can be designed to be used in multi-process, vertical and horizontal state. The heat block has no central hole, the water hole runs straight from one side to the other, and the material holes are covered with heat exchange blocks to improve material utilization. At right angles, two different fluids pass through the two sets of flow channels to achieve the purpose of heat exchange. The equipment with the same heat exchange area is small in size, more compact, and has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, stability and reliability, impact resistance and convenient maintenance.

Check the opening of pipelines and related valves during operation, among which the inlet valve, outlet valve, inlet valve, liquid outlet valve, pressure equalizing valve, stop valve before safety check valve and liquid level indicator The valve must be fully open, and the oil drain valve and the air drain valve should be closed. At the same time, it should be noted that the condensing pressure generally does not exceed 1.5Mpa. For ammonia compressors, chemical analysis method or phenolphthalein test paper should be used to check whether the cooling water contains ammonia to determine whether the condenser is leaking ammonia, generally once a month, and problems should be dealt with in time.

When the graphite condenser is in normal operation, the fan should be turned on first, then the circulating water pump, and then the intake valve and the liquid outlet valve. The water nozzle should be unblocked, and the scale should be removed regularly. The supply of cooling water of the graphite cooler or the air volume of the fan should be checked frequently to ensure that the water or air volume is sufficient and evenly distributed. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the condenser should be adjusted according to the type of condenser. The evaporative condenser is usually controlled at 8-14°C, the vertical or shower type is 2-3°C, and the horizontal type is 4-6°C. The condensing temperature is 3 higher than the outlet water temperature. -5 ℃, according to the water quality, the scale should be removed regularly. The thickness of the scale should not exceed 1.5mm. Generally, it should be removed once a year.
